RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Revert, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased from www.revertapparel.com, and how refunds, replacements, or credits are handled.

This policy works together with our Revert Life Guarantee, which covers defects and premature wear.

1. Eligibility

This Returns & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.revertapparel.com.
Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are subject to the return policies of those sellers.

2. Standard Returns (Changed Your Mind)

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    (Trying socks on indoors to check fit is acceptable; visible signs of wear are not)
  • Exclusions:
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards

3. Refunds for Standard Returns

  • Approved standard returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer’s responsibility

4. Revert Life Guarantee (Defects & Premature Wear)

We stand behind the quality of our socks.

If your Revert socks experience manufacturing defects or premature wear under normal use, you may be eligible for a resolution under our Revert Life Guarantee.

For approved Life Guarantee claims, Revert will cover return shipping costs.

5. What’s Covered Under the Revert Life Guarantee

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Abnormal wear occurring earlier than expected with normal, intended use

6. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, or accidents

7. Inspection, Verification & Resolution

All returns and Life Guarantee claims are subject to inspection and verification.

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation (including photos) to evaluate eligibility.
For approved Life Guarantee claims, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

8. Original Purchaser Requirement

Returns and Revert Life Guarantee claims are available only to the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable.

9. Abuse & Fair Use

This policy is designed to be fair to our customers and our community.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or claims that show signs of excessive or repeated claims, abuse of the Revert Life Guarantee, fraudulent activity, or bad-faith behavior.

10. Your Legal Rights

This Returns & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
