RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Revert, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased from www.revertapparel.com, and how refunds, replacements, or credits are handled.

This policy works together with our Revert Life Guarantee. Details of the Revert Life Guarantee are available on its dedicated page.

1. Eligibility

This Returns & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.revertapparel.com.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are subject to the return policies of those sellers.

Proof of purchase (including order number) is required for all returns.

2. Standard Returns (Changed Your Mind)

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    (Trying socks on indoors to check fit is acceptable; visible signs of wear are not)

  • Exclusions:

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

Returns must be initiated and approved by Revert before items are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds for Standard Returns

  • Approved standard returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer’s responsibility.

If the original payment method is unavailable at the time of refund processing, store credit may be issued.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Revert Life Guarantee

Our Revert Life Guarantee covers defects and premature wear under normal use within 12 months of purchase.

Claims under the Revert Life Guarantee are subject to inspection and verification. Please refer to the dedicated Revert Life Guarantee page for full details, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures.

5. Inspection & Verification

All returns and claims are subject to inspection and verification.

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation (including photos) to evaluate eligibility.

6. Original Purchaser Requirement

Returns and Revert Life Guarantee claims are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

7. Abuse & Fair Use

This policy is designed to be fair to our customers and our community.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or claims that show signs of excessive or repeated claims, abuse, fraudulent activity, or bad-faith behavior.

8. Your Legal Rights

This Returns & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
