If your socks experience manufacturing defects or premature wear under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we’ll make it right.

What the Revert Life Guarantee Covers

The Revert Life Guarantee applies to socks purchased directly from www.revertapparel.com and covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Premature wear occurring under normal, intended use

  • Structural failures that occur earlier than reasonably expected

Coverage applies for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

The Revert Life Guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, or accidents

  • Damage resulting from improper sizing

  • Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

  • Claims submitted more than 12 months after purchase

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a Revert Life Guarantee claim:

  1. Email hello@revertapparel.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue

  4. Attach clear photos showing the condition of the socks

Proof of purchase is required.

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Inspection & Verification

All claims are subject to inspection and verification.

Revert reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or premature wear under normal use.

If necessary, we may request that the product be returned before issuing a resolution.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, Revert may offer, at its discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund

The method of resolution will depend on product availability, claim history, and overall circumstances.

In most cases, we prioritize replacement to ensure you continue experiencing the durability and comfort of Revert.

Shipping for Approved Claims

For approved Life Guarantee claims, Revert will cover return shipping costs where applicable.

In certain cases, Revert may authorize alternative resolutions without requiring return shipment.

Fair Use Policy

The Revert Life Guarantee is designed to protect genuine customers from rare defects — not to replace socks indefinitely.

We reserve the right to limit or deny claims that show signs of:

  • Excessive or repeated claims

  • Abuse of the policy

  • Fraudulent or bad-faith behavior

Claims are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
