These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revert website, products, and services (the “Site”), operated by Revert (“Revert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, materials, or manufacturing processes.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly indicated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us and/or shipped.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer
  • Refuse service in a non-discriminatory manner

5. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and installment services such as Affirm or Klarna (subject to their terms).

All payments are subject to authorization. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment processors.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We currently ship domestically within the United States using third-party carriers.

Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

7. Returns & Revert Life Guarantee

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Returns Policy and the Revert Life Guarantee, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Revert Life Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship and premature wear under normal use. Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Referrals

Promotions, discount codes, and referral programs are subject to additional terms and may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel promotions or discounts due to misuse or abuse
  • Revoke discounts retroactively in cases of fraud or violation of these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Revert and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, use for AI training, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
  • Abuse promotions, guarantees, or return policies
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Revert Life Guarantee, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revert from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet outages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.
  • Class actions and class arbitration are waived.
  • Either party may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible.

You agree that arbitration is the exclusive forum for resolving disputes, except as stated above.

17. California Consumer Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). See our Privacy Policy for details.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
